Reset thermostat for hot weather operation. Technician explained to owner what was done. Technician presented himself well, all questions were answered to my satisfaction.

“Lucas serviced our air conditioner and heater as well. He was on time, professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. He was most efficient and replaced a dual capacitor on our air conditioner, which he had with him on his truck. After his explanation of membership, we agreed to join, which saved us money on service and parts. We hope to see him again when the time comes for future service. He is an outstanding employee.”
